Yogurt Cloud Bread With Chocolate Chips
  1. Add egg white powder and water to a stand mixer and beat until stiff peaks form.

  2. Gently fold in greek yogurt- don't overmix!

  3. Add chocolate chips.

  4. Transfer batter into a greased baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes.

  5. The top should be golden brown.

  6. Let cool for 15 mins.

  7. Slice or tear a piece and DEVOUR!
