Add egg white powder and water to a stand mixer and beat until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in greek yogurt- don't overmix!
Add chocolate chips.
Transfer batter into a greased baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes.
The top should be golden brown.
Let cool for 15 mins.
Slice or tear a piece and DEVOUR!
