Get a pot and put on medium heat.
Melt 4 tablespoons of butter.
Add in ¼ cup of flour.
Add in 2 cups of milk.
Add in a whole block of cream cheese.
Add in all your seasonings.
Add in 2 cans of chopped chilies.
Add in 2 cups of shredded sharp white cheddar cheese.
Stir until combined and melted.
