Trim chicken and remove excess fat
Pound chicken to equal thickness using a meat mallet and plastic wrap
Drizzle chicken with olive oil on both sides
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and lemon juice on one side
Flip chicken and repeat seasoning on the other side
Smash seasonings into the meat
Heat a large pan with olive oil on medium-low heat (around 3-4 heat level)
Place chicken in pan and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side
Transfer cooked chicken to a cutting board or plate
Let chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting
Cut and serve
