Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and spray an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray.
Mix the shredded chicken, wing sauce, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, garlic powder, blue cheese (if using), and 4 oz of shredded cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl- season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture into an 8x8 baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with green onions and serve with celery, carrots, and tortilla chips.
