  1. Defrost roast

  2. Braise beef (Garlic powder, pepper, etc)

  3. Lipton soup mix (French Onion)

  4. ⅔ cup water

  5. Dissolve soup in water (pour over roast beef)

  6. Start at 350/385 degrees

  7. Cook beef at 250/285 so it is tender

  8. Cook until done (145 degrees minimum)
