Mix together 80g rolled oats, 50g almond flour, 45ml maple syrup, and 1 egg to form the base
Combine 60g peanut butter and 30ml maple syrup for the middle layer
Layer the base mixture in a pan
Spread the peanut butter mixture on top of the base
Melt 80g sea salt chocolate and pour over the top
Refrigerate until set
Cut into 10 bars
