Lentil Crackers
  1. Soak the lentils for at least 1 hour (optional but recommended)

  2. Mix yellow moong dal, garlic, ginger, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, salt, chilli flakes, black pepper, and baking powder together

  3. Add oil and gradually add warm water (up to ½ cup) while mixing to form a dough

  4. Divide the dough into 22 equal portions

  5. Press each portion using a bowl or cup with a flat bottom to create cracker shapes

  6. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until crispy
