Rosemary Salt
  1. Pick the rosemary leaves off the stems and add to the salt.

  2. Pick the sage leaves and add to the salt.

  3. Peel and mince the garlic, then add to the salt.

  4. Zest the lemons and add the zest to the salt.

  5. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor for about 1 minute until well combined.
