Mix flour, levain/ instant yeast, water and salt.
Set it aside to rest for 30min.
Do 2 sets of Coil fold, 30 min apart each
(recommended)Overnight cold fermentation in the refrigerator.
The next day, remove dough from fridge and proof until (almost) double.
Preheat air fryer/ oven toaster at 180C. If you're using a regular oven, preheat at 230C
Dimple, add desired toppings and bake for 15 min.
