Combine the yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and chocolate protein powder in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet, shaping into biscuit rounds with the back of the spoon.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Melt dark chocolate, then dip either the whole biscuit or just the top.
Place back on the tray and freeze for another 15 minutes.
