Gluten Free Rice Paper Naan
  1. Make a yogurt mixture with 2 heaped tablespoons of yogurt, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Use 4 layers of rice paper and place the yogurt mixture in between each layer to create a naan-like flatbread.

  3. Top the second naan with honey and chopped nuts.
