Pop the chicken into a bowl along with the paprika, oregano and salt and pepper and mix well
Place the chicken into a baking dish
Scatter over the chorizo and sun dried tomatoes
Add the chicken stock, double cream, garlic granules, onion granules, Parmesan and plain flour into a bowl and whisk until smooth
Pour the cream mixture over the chicken
Sprinkle over the remaining Parmesan
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through
Dish it up and spoon over some of the creamy sauce
