Creamy Ramen Noodles
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook noodles according to package instructions.

  2. In a saucepan, add the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and tomato paste and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes. The tomato paste will darken in color from a bright red to reddish brown. This process removes acidity from the tomato paste.

  3. Add the ginger paste, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and low sodium soy sauce. Mix well and then addd the heavy cream and mix until smooth. Simmer for about 2 to 3 minutes.

  4. Add in the grated parmesan, red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley and mix again until it is all melted into the sauce.

  5. Taste and adjust anything to your liking. If you want it more spicy, add more red pepper flakes or I like to add sriracha.

  6. Toss in the cooked noodles and mix to coat evenly. Optional, add in sautéed bell peppers and steak.

  7. Top it off with green onions and sesame seeds to enjoy!
