Sweet Chilli Crispy Beef - Chinese Fakeaway
  1. Add the beef to a bowl and mix with the soy sauce.

  2. Add your cornflour to a separate bowl or plate, and then drag each piece of beef through the cornflour so it's evenly coated.

  3. Cook the beef in the airfryer or oven. Add your beef to your oven tray or airfryer basket in an even layer and make sure it's not overcrowded, spray with some oil and then cook for around 12-14 minutes in the airfryer, or around 20 minutes in the oven, both at 190 degrees or until the beef is nice and crispy.

  4. When beef is cooked, fry off the sliced onion, red pepper and chillis until they have softened, then add all the sauce ingredients to the pan.

  5. Once sauce is nice and sticky add the cooked beef to the pan, making sure it’s evenly coated with the sauce.

  6. For egg fried rice, add the veggies to a wok, once soft push to one side.

  7. Add in the egg and use a spoon to scramble this, once the egg has cooked add the cooked rice.

  8. Stir and mix everything, then add the soy sauce and sesame oil.
