Root Beer Ice Cream (churn And No-churn Methods)
  1. In a large bowl with a hand mixer, or the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk together the heavy cream and milk on low speed.

  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and gradually increase the speed to medium. Whisk about 3-5 minutes to make sure the sugar is dissolved.

  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufactures instructions to freeze (at least 2 hours).

  4. Eat at once for soft serve or transfer to a covered container and freeze again to form firmer ice cream.
