Homemade Granola Bars
  1. Toast oats in oven at 350 for 3-5 minutes.

  2. Add oil, brown sugar, and honey to a saucepan and bring to a simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla.

  3. Add oats, cereal, salt and ingredients in saucepan to a bowl and stir to combine.

  4. Once cooled add chocolate chips.

  5. Press into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper. Chill for an hour in the fridge. Cut into bars.
