Toast oats in oven at 350 for 3-5 minutes.
Add oil, brown sugar, and honey to a saucepan and bring to a simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla.
Add oats, cereal, salt and ingredients in saucepan to a bowl and stir to combine.
Once cooled add chocolate chips.
Press into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper. Chill for an hour in the fridge. Cut into bars.
