In a large bowl, mix together softened butter and sugars.
Next add vanilla and eggs.
Finish by adding baking powder, flour and sprinkles, set aside.
In another bowl, add all cheesecake ingredients together besides food coloring and mix well.
Scoop a couple tablespoons to the side for the green stems on the pumpkins.
Dye the large portion of cheesecake orange and the small portion green.
Add cookie mixture to a greased pan and pat down with a spatula.
Make little bowls in the dough for pumpkins, then add orange filling.
I used a knife for the green stems.
Bake at 350 for about 35- 40 minutes and let cool completely.
Serve alone or with some ice cream!!
