Add in your chicken thighs and toss with the marinade, ensuring all sides are thoroughly covered.
Spray a large baking sheet with oil, lay your chicken in an even layer, then generously spray the chicken with additional oil.
Broil on high for about 12-15 minutes or until charred and the chicken is cooked through, keeping an eye on it while it cooks as oven broiling temperatures vary widely. Alternatively air fry at 425°F for ~15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
