Combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup grated cheese, Ranch dressing mix, and chopped bacon in a large mixing bowl.

Transfer the chicken and biscuit mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
Top the casserole with the remaining 1 cup of grated cheese for an extra cheesy finish.
