Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
Start by making your flaxseed ‘egg’. Mix the ground flaxseeds with water and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Add the soaked lentils, flaxseed ‘eggs’ and yoghurt to a food processor or blender. Blend until very smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Add in the baking powder, salt, herbs and oil. Give it a good mix.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter, smoothing the top with a spatula. Sprinkle some sesame seeds.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the bread has risen and a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
