Easy Chicken Ramen
  1. Heat a pot over medium heat and cook the chicken skin-side down to render the fat

  2. Add soy sauce, sake, garlic, and green onion and bring to a boil

  3. Reduce to low heat and simmer for about 8 minutes until the chicken is cooked through

  4. Let the chicken cool completely then slice

  5. Cook eggs for 6 minutes 30 seconds straight from the refrigerator

  6. Peel the eggs and marinate overnight in tare mixed with equal amount of water

  7. Bring the water to a boil and dissolve the chicken powder to make the soup

  8. Cook the noodles

  9. In a bowl add 30ml tare, green onion, black pepper, 300ml soup, and 1 tsp oil from tare

  10. Add the noodles and top with sliced chicken and ramen egg, green onion
