Heat a pot over medium heat and cook the chicken skin-side down to render the fat
Add soy sauce, sake, garlic, and green onion and bring to a boil
Reduce to low heat and simmer for about 8 minutes until the chicken is cooked through
Let the chicken cool completely then slice
Cook eggs for 6 minutes 30 seconds straight from the refrigerator
Peel the eggs and marinate overnight in tare mixed with equal amount of water
Bring the water to a boil and dissolve the chicken powder to make the soup
Cook the noodles
In a bowl add 30ml tare, green onion, black pepper, 300ml soup, and 1 tsp oil from tare
Add the noodles and top with sliced chicken and ramen egg, green onion
