  1. Soak pumpkin seeds for a minimum of one hour or preferably overnight

  2. Blend the soaked dates and pumpkin seeds together until sticky

  3. Press the mixture into a mould

  4. Top with melted dark chocolate

  5. Decorate with freeze-dried cherries, seeds, coconut or other toppings of choice

  6. Keep in the fridge and grab when exhaustion hits
