Golden Garlic Noodle Bowl
  1. Rinse the noodles well under cold water, then dry-fry in a pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes to remove excess moisture. Set aside.

  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium-low heat. Add garlic and bay leaf, cooking until garlic is golden and fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).

  3. Stir in coconut aminos, sea salt, pepper, and grated ginger. Let it sizzle for a few seconds.

  4. Add the Miracle Noodles and toss in the sauce for 2 minutes. Remove bay leaf.

  5. Remove from heat, sprinkle with scallions, sesame seeds, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Enjoy warm!
