Turkey Burger
  1. In a large bowl, mix turkey, egg, garlic, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper. Using your hands, form mixture into 4 flat patties.

  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add patties and cook, turning once, until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
