  1. Preheat oven to 450°F

  2. Mix the flour, water, salt, and olive oil in a bowl and knead until smooth

  3. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes

  4. Roll it out very thin and place the first layer on a well-oiled tray

  5. Add mozzarella and prosciutto cotto on top of the first layer

  6. Top with a second thin layer of dough

  7. Seal the edges well

  8. Brush with olive oil

  9. Pierce with a fork

  10. Bake for 30–40 minutes until golden and crispy

  11. Serve hot
