Preheat oven to 450°F
Mix the flour, water, salt, and olive oil in a bowl and knead until smooth
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes
Roll it out very thin and place the first layer on a well-oiled tray
Add mozzarella and prosciutto cotto on top of the first layer
Top with a second thin layer of dough
Seal the edges well
Brush with olive oil
Pierce with a fork
Bake for 30–40 minutes until golden and crispy
Serve hot
