Add the chicken wings, egg, and buttermilk to a bowl and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
Dip each wing into the flour mixture, back into the buttermilk, then into the flour again for a double coating.
Fry the wings in 2 batches in preheated oil over medium heat until golden and fully cooked through.
For the sauce, combine the melted butter, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, and pepper.
Toss the hot wings in the sauce and serve warm.
