Creamy Slow Cooker Mexican Street Corn Dip
  1. Rinse and drain the sweet corn if using fresh.

  2. In your slow cooker, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sweet corn, shredded cheese, chili powder, lime juice, green onions, and jalapeños if desired. Stir until well mixed.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours until melted and combined.
