Thick Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a tray with parchment paper.

  2. Whisk dry ingredients together.

  3. Cream sugars and butter until fluffy.

  4. Add eggs and vanilla, beat 3–4 minutes until pale.

  5. Mix in dry ingredients (don't overmix!).

  6. Fold in chocolate chips.

  7. Scoop 2 tbsp dough balls (leave rough!) — 4 per tray, spaced out.

  8. Top with extra chocolate chips.

  9. Bake 13–16 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes on tray, then move to rack.
