Preheat oven 425 degrees.
First, pour a little evaporated milk into a small dish ... just enough to dip the chicken.
After dipping every piece chicken in milk, dip it in flour season with salt / pepper.
Melt butter in 13 * 9 skillet also cooking chicken in melt butter about 30 min at 425.
Blend water, the can soup, & rest of the can of evaporated milk jointly.
Flip chicken on after 30 min of baking also pour soup mix on it.
Baking about other 30 min to golden brown.
