Roasted Tomato & Boursin One-pan Soup Recipe: Our Take On The Viral Tomato Soup Trend
  1. Preheat Oven to 425’

  2. Unwrap & place Boursin Cheese in the center of an 8x12” or 9x13” ovenproof baking dish

  3. Surround cheese with tomatoes, shallots, garlic & rosemary. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt & pepper

  4. Roast until garlic is very soft and tomatoes have broken down, 20-25 minutes

  5. Remove from oven, remove rosemary stems and transfer to food processor or blender

  6. Add basil, sundried tomatoes & balsamic vinegar, blend until smooth

  7. Serve in bowls with toasted crostini. Enjoy!
