Spinach Side Dish
  1. Blanch the spinach for 30 seconds in boiling water

  2. Rinse in cold water and squeeze out any excess water

  3. Mix with garlic, green onion, salt, and sesame oil

  4. I used about 1-2 tsp of Salt and 1-2 tbsp of sesame oil, but you can taste as you go to flavor to your liking

  5. Top with sesame seeds
