Boil the pasta according to package instructions.
While the pasta cooks, place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (if too thick, add a splash of pasta water).
Once the pasta is ready, drain but reserve a couple of ladles of pasta water.
Combine pasta with sauce and the reserved pasta water, adding a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
Serve topped with fresh basil and almond flakes.
