Garlic Pepper Chilli Paneer
  1. Chop the paneer into your desired cube size and place into some hot water for 5 minutes

  2. In the meantime, in a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, black pepper, garlic and salt mixing well - this will become a little clumpy but we want that

  3. Then add in the wet paneer cubes and coat well using your hands to ensure the garlic pepper sticks well to each cube

  4. Heat some oil on medium to low heat and fry the cubes for 2-3 minutes flipping regularly to each cube until crispy golden brown

  5. For the sauce combine ketchup, soy sauce and sriracha - feel free to adjust the amounts according to how salty, spicy or tangy you'd like it

  6. Then add in the onion and peppers, sautéing for a 2 minutes over high heat then add in the crispy garlic paneer cube. Stir well and enjoy!
