Budget Curry
  1. Select your choice of protein (chicken, lamb, or vegetables) and cut into pieces.

  2. Cook lentils, beans, and root vegetables separately.

  3. In a pan, heat some oil and cook the protein until browned.

  4. Add curry spices and cook for a few minutes.

  5. Add the cooked lentils, beans, and root vegetables to the pan and stir well.

  6. Serve with plain rice and yoghurt.
