Homemade Spaghettios
  1. Heat together the butter, olive oil, garlic, and onions until caramelized. Add oregano, and chili flakes in a large pot over medium heat. About 10 minutes

  2. Reduce the heat to low, stir in the tomato paste. Cook 1-2 minutes, then pour over 3 cups of water and 1 cup of tomato sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the pasta, paprika, and a handf of basil .Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until the pasta is al dente, about 15 minutes.

  3. Stir in the parmesan, pecorino, and basil until the cheese is melted.

  4. Serve with more parm and fresh basil. Eat!
