Pre-heat oven to 400°F and line muffin tray with liners
In a medium mixing bowl combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon
In a large mixing bowl combine milk, butter, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla. Stir until combined
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients 1 cup at a time folding gently until all dry ingredients are incorporated
Gently fold in blueberries and fold just until incorporated
In a separate bowl mix streusel topping. Add brown sugar, flour, oats, cold butter, vanilla and salt
Spoon muffin mixture into lined muffin tray and fill ¾ full, then top mixture with streusel topping
Place in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Cool for about 20 minutes and remove from muffin tin. Serve and enjoy
