Minute Ramen: Chicken/veg Broth Ramen
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons neutral oil on low to medium-low heat

  2. Add chopped scallion, minced ginger, and minced garlic, fry for 3-5 minutes

  3. Add 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mirin, and 1 tablespoon sugar

  4. Cook on low simmer for 5-8 minutes until mixture starts to look thick

  5. Add 1 pint chicken or vegetable broth

  6. Stir and simmer for 8-10 minutes

  7. Cook 1 serving of ramen noodles according to package directions

  8. Serve ramen noodles in broth with desired toppings such as jammy boiled egg, nori, and scallion
