Smoky Cajun Garlic Butter Sausage Pasta
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add sliced smoked sausage and cook for 5–7 minutes until it’s browned and slightly crispy. Stir occasionally for even color.

  2. Add minced garlic, diced onion, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the vegetables are soft and fragrant. The garlic should not burn.

  3. Stir in the heavy cream, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning. Add the uncooked pasta and stir everything together. Bring to a boil.

  4. Lower the heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally. The pasta will absorb the liquid and cook al dente.

  5. Add halved cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Stir gently until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Top with chopped parsley and serve hot.
