Heat ghee in a pan and add cloves, cinnamon. peppercorns.
Add onion, ginger and garlic
Saute until golden, then add tomato until reduced.
Add goat meat and yogurt
Add paprika and turmeric and ½ of the garam masala and cook for 45 minutes on low
Add chilies (adjust to taste)
Then add water
Then add coriander, salt and the other ½ of the garam masala
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 45 mins.
Add bay leaves 15 mins before serving.
