Meatball Sliders
  1. Begin by cutting around the tops of the hoagie rolls and carefully remove the tops, setting them aside.

  2. Spread a generous layer of sauce inside each hoagie roll.

  3. Place four pepperonis at the bottom of each hoagie.

  4. Open the string cheese and insert it into the bottom of each hoagie.

  5. Add the defrosted frozen meatballs (or fresh meatballs) into each hoagie.

  6. Melt half a stick of butter and mix in about a teaspoon of garlic powder and a teaspoon of Italian seasoning.

  7. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the top of each slider.

  8. Drizzle some squeezable pasta sauce on top of the sliders.

  9. Top everything with more mozzarella and sprinkle with additional Italian seasoning.

  10. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the sliders for approximately 20 minutes.

  11. Take the cutouts from the hoagie buns and pour half a stick of melted butter over them, ensuring all sides are well coated.

  12. Lightly sprinkle the cutouts with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and shredded Parmesan cheese.

  13. Bake the cutouts in the oven alongside the hoagies for about 15 minutes.

  14. Once everything is done, scoop the meatball subs onto a plate and enjoy.
