One Pan Chicken & Rice
  1. Season both sides of the chicken generously with Dan-O's Original seasoning

  2. Sear in a dry skillet over medium high heat for 4 minutes per side them remove

  3. Add diced onions to the skillet scraping up any browned bits , stir in rice and toast for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly browned

  4. Add chicken stock, season to taste, and frozen vegetables, stir to combine

  5. Nestle chicken back into the pan, bring to a boil, cover simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until liquid is fully absorbed (there should be no bubbles on the surface)

  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes and enjoy!
