Pre-heat grill or oven to 350 degrees.
Sprinkle each chicken breast, front and back with garlic salt.
Brush 1 tablespoon of teriyaki sauce on top of each chicken breast and grill sauce side up for 5 minutes.
Flip chicken, brush the remaining teriyaki sauce on other side of chicken and grill 5 more minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Slice chicken breasts and place one in each microwave safe container.
Add ½ cup of white rice, and 1 cup steamed broccoli to each container, seal and place in freezer.
