Slice the romaine as thinly as possible. Slicing it thinly ensures the dressing gets coated onto every little piece and it's that much more delicious.
Add the finely chopped green onions or chives, thinly sliced radishes, and mini cucumbers or diced cucumber.
Add the plain yogurt and olive oil, and season with salt to taste.
If you are not a lover of yogurt, you can use white balsamic vinegar to taste instead.
If using white balsamic vinegar, you can also add boiled and quartered eggs.
