Healthy Hamburger Helper
  1. Saute peppers and onions in a little bit of olive oil until soft.

  2. Add ground beef, breaking up as it cooks, and drain excess oil.

  3. Add uncooked protein pasta, beef broth, water, spices, and tomato sauce to pan.

  4. Mix and cover, stirring occasionally, until liquid is absorbed.

  5. Add plain greek yogurt and cheddar cheese; stir to combine until cheese is melty.

  6. Add entire bag of spinach - this will wilt down quickly.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
