Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil
Halve tomatoes
Mince shallot
Mince or grate garlic
Pat chicken dry, season all over with half the italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, cook with olive olive until complete.
Remove chicken from pan, and wipe clean of oil.
start Pasta in salted water, cook to package instructions
Add 2 tbsp of butter to clean pan, add tomatoes, shallot and garlic, cook until softened and fragrant.
Reduce heat, add in heavy cream, cream cheese and remaining Italian seasoning. Season to taste with salt and pepper
Once well integrated, add chicken and cooked pasta. Mix in half the parmesan cheese, use the rest for serving
