Melting Snowman Mimosa
  1. Using a vegetable peeler, remove a wide strip of orange peel, avoiding white pith as much as possible. Using a small paring knife, cut a small triangle out of the peel to create the nose. It should be about ¼".

  2. Into a coupe glass, scoop 1 medium scoop of lemon sorbet. Scoop 1 small scoop of sorbet on top of the first.

  3. Place 2 mini chocolate chips on the top scoop as the eyes. Place the nose in the middle. Place remaining 2 mini chocolate chips as the buttons on the medium scoop.

  4. Pour Prosecco into the side of the glass to disturb the shape of your snowman. Wait for it to start melting and enjoy.
