Viral Turkish Pasta With Tofu Mince
  1. Heat neutral oil in a pan

  2. Add chopped red onion and sauté

  3. Add grated tofu to the pan

  4. Stir in dark soy sauce, ketchup, vegan beef stock powder, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, and garlic powder

  5. Cook tofu mince low and slow for 25-30 minutes until it dries up and crisps up slightly

  6. Prepare yogurt sauce by mixing unsweetened vegan yogurt, minced garlic clove, lemon juice, and salt to taste

  7. Make paprika butter by mixing melted vegan butter with smoked paprika

  8. Cook pasta of your choice and boil until tender

  9. Plate the boiled pasta and top with the cooked tofu mince

  10. Drizzle with paprika butter

  11. Add a dollop of yogurt sauce

  12. Garnish with chopped tomato and chopped parsley
