Vegan Bulgogi With Oyster Mushrooms
  1. Chop the garlic and pear finely. Cut the carrots and onion into thin strips. Cut scallion into small pieces. Hand pull the oyster mushrooms into strips.

  2. In a big bowl, add mushrooms, carrots, onion, pear, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Mix well and let marinate for 1 hour.

  3. Heat up a griddle pan over high heat. When hot, add oil and the marinated ingredients. Pan grill until most of the sauce is gone and the mushrooms are slightly charred and brown on the outside.

  4. Add scallion and serve.
