Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Drain and dry the chickpeas thoroughly with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
In a food processor, blend the eggs, dried chickpeas, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Spoon the mixture onto a baking paper-lined sheet, shaping it into 6 thin mini pizza bases.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 or 20 minutes, or until golden.
Top each base with your favorite toppings.
Place under the grill (broil) for 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
