10 Minutes Sev, Spring Onions & Tomato Curry
  1. Heat oil in a pan adding Mustard seeds. Once popped add Spring onions and let it sauté. The add chopped cherry tomatoes and tomato pulps stirring in salt and all the spices.

  2. Once all the seasonings are combined add in 1 Cup of water, covering with a lid simmering on high heat for 1 minute.

  3. Then add in sev, gently stirring, garnishing with coriander. Pair this with hot fresh Rotlis!
